I currently work as a Postdoc researcher at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Ubiquitous Computing. I do empirical work on communities, develop IoT infrastructure for local environments, develop visual analytics tools, and theorise on ecological perspectives on technology use and design.

Before doing a B.A. and M.Sc. in Information Technology, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science, I did an apprenticeship and worked a few years as a cabinet maker. This spills over into my current work and how I think about construction of technology in general.

I am currently looking for new opportunities and challenges. I am particulary interested in work within the public sector on strategies for service development, software develoment on open data, citizen-centric data visualisations and engagement, as well as software development in relation to larger IT-systems, education, data visualisation and journalism, open data and service infrastructure.
